Subscription & Membership Policy

Automatic Renewal and Billing

1. Subscription and Membership Renewal: Upon enrollment in any of our Programs, Members agree to automatic renewal of their subscription or membership on a recurring basis, according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly, annually), until cancellation. Members acknowledge that the membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless the membership is canceled in accordance with this Policy.

2. Billing: Members authorize Melanin Magic to charge their designated payment method on file for the applicable subscription or membership fee. The billing cycle begins on the date of enrollment and recurs on the anniversary of that date for the selected plan.

3. Price Changes: Melanin Magic reserves the right to modify subscription and membership fees at any time, subject to reasonable advance notice provided to Members.

Cancellation and Termination

1. Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription or membership at any time by accessing their account settings on the Melanin Magic website. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal.

2. No Refunds: Members acknowledge and agree that subscription and membership fees are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription or membership term.

Updating Payment Information

1. Payment Information: Members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. In the event of payment method changes, Members must update their account information to ensure uninterrupted access to their subscription or membership.

Usage and Restrictions

1. Authorized Access: Members agree that access to the Programs is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, content, or resources with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.

Notification of Changes

1. Policy Changes: Melanin Magic reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the Melanin Magic website. Members are encouraged to review the Policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content, resources, and materials provided through the Programs are the intellectual property of Melanin Magic. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without explicit permission.

Dispute Resolution

1. Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Programs shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

1. Applicable Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
